Hi Marc, that article was very informative! I also checked out the Canadian site from the article- and was I suprised!
Lukcy for me, I only had girls so circumcision wasen't a decision I had to make. But reading on "the care of the infant" was a shocker! I used to babysit little boys and remember very well the mother showing me how to retract their foreskin to bathe them! This was, ohhh, 35 years ago- but even today I had no idea that the foreskin NATURALLY seperates from the glans all on it's own when it's ready. This was really good info that anybody planning to have children might want to look into. I don't know if this is mentioned in the high school parenting classes- but it should be!

What we are talking about is the most unnessary and common surgery preformed here in the US. Not only is it preformed 98% of the timewith no medical reason aside from profit but it also causes permanat damage!
