hello i had sex few years back at that time i didnt use any condom at that time, after that day i found some paste like thing comming on my penis, i told to a local docter he has given me a cream, then that poblem is solved, but after few days i observing bad smell from penis, every while i have a bath i use to clean it up with soap but still i am getting that smell could u please guide me to solve me problem and mail me to bhagatks@hotmail.com or xboyforu1@yahoo.com
This could be the normal smegma that is white and creamy and usually smelly. You just need to wash, drawing back your foreskin and being sure to clean underneath. If you don't pull back your foreskin it gets wet underneath there and it smells. If you clean it well you don't need to worry about drying under your foreskin.
I would guess that the cream you were given was a cream for fungal infections. This is what men put on their feet for athlete's foot or groin for jock itch. You can get it at any drug store. Look for medication for athlete's foot and you have the right stuff.

If you clean it with a strong deordorant soap, rinse it WELL and apply a small amount of MILD cream to the foreskin to keep it pliable. Soap washes away natural lubrication and the foreskin can become very tight. It needs to be a daily cleaning. If you do not have any kind of itching, everything is probably okay.
I would hate to guess how many men had needless circumcision or were very irritated, on a super dry, cracked foreskin that would not clear the glans (head).

Foreskin is somewhat pretty nasty. I would never go out with a man with foreskin realizing how nasty it is. Smells? Cum underneath? No way.
Personally, if I had a choice I would never have a lover without his foreskin. A man without a foreskin is to me disabled sexually. Foreskin was put on a man's penis for a reason and it is that reason that increases the pleasure both a man and a woman experience during sex.
The smell of smegma is not offensive if a man has good hygiene. A woman has sexual lubrication that collects inbetween the lips of her vulva and the tiny folds of her clitoris and it smells - and it is offensive if a woman does not wash. Both are same. Both are normal and ordinary.

A man with foreskin is sexy. There is definatley a difference of an experience with a foreskin man over one who doesnt have one. If a man keeps it clean there is no problem.
