| - Hello,
I am over 21 but am sexually inexperienced. I would like to know what is the best position for me to be in when my boyfriend raptures my hymen manually? Should I elevate my hips with a pillow or lie flat? I have never used tampons either because I seem to be unable to relax enough to insert them.
Thank you very much for your help.

If you can't get a tampon in - you need to start practicing that.Start with a small tampon and try to work your way up.
When he RUPTURES your hymen manually - no position will make any difference. BE sure you are on a towel when he does it - if you are that tight you will bleed. You might bleed for a few days. If you ached which you might - take tylenol. |

Best thing is for him to move VERY SLOWLY. If you are dry, use lube. If it hurts too much...have him STOP. But chances are you will do just fine. |

This is slightly off topic but Susan please I think that when referring to medicine's that it is important to use the actual name for the product, in this case, paracetamol, and not a brand, in this case, Tylenol which in other countries, such as Britain, means absolutely nothing to someone with normal medical knoledge.
Infact in England nowadays many teenagers think of paracetamol as Calpol which is oddly a childs medicine that they associate completely as paracetamol. |

Yet over here in Chicago, Illinois, you say something like that and we'll look at you like what the hell you just say. |

I assume that you are speaking of the terms I introduced not Tylenol. As I thought that was a US wide brand. |

One reason people here in the US might not recognize paracetamol is that tyelenol is called acetominophen here. The United States has its own set of nonproprietary names for pharmaceuticals. | |
