First off let me say this IS a dictatorship. I pay the fees to have this site up. It is my name on the site. It is my neck I put out there. So I get to decide what these guidelines are.

Anything goes when it comes to what kind of question you ask. If I don't know the answer I am sure someone here or who I know does.

You do not have to agree with me. It is OK if your experience is different. It is OK if your knowledge on a specific topic is better or newer than me. It is OK to have different values. It is OK just to think I am dead wrong.

You do have to be respectful to everyone who could possibly post here. I don't know who reads this forum. Everyone IS welcome. People can be of different races, religions, nationalities, cultures, and sexual orientations. It's all good.

Any post that makes fun of the words a person uses or their grammar will be deleted. No exceptions. This is a place where EVERYONE should feel safe posting.

URLs will not be approved that are primarily advertising are very likely not to be approved, unless it is something I can fully endorse. If you want to push a product here - send me one and I'll check it out. If I think it is good, I'll push it myself.

If you are new, I will edit your posts IF they are unacceptable and let you know what you did that crossed the line between a good post and a bad post. But I won't do it forever. I am patient, but there comes a point where enough is enough.

After you've crossed the line too many times, I will ban you by never approving any of your posts. Only one person has ever been banned and they are now here posting again after being away for nearly a year. Time will tell if that was a good decision on my part.

So after all that, welcome! Please make yourself at home.
