Girlfriends late period.

As of today, she's 4 days late. At first, we were horrified into thinking she was pregnant. We took a pregnancy test two days ago and it came back negative. We'll be taking another pretty soon just to make sure. We haven't had sex in over two weeks. What could be going on?

Until she is 10 days past due it is a waste of time to take the test. She could get a false negative very easily until then.

Girls are 4 days lates for lots of reasons. Don't panic, yet.

I read you could take the test the day her period was late. Maybe I was wrong?

If you want to find out if you are pregnant - you can find out the first day.

If you want to find out if you are NOT pregnant and be sure - you need to wait 10 days.

Wonderful news. Her period started today. We might be using the other pregnancy test we have (just in case), if you recommend it. She was 5 days late, and has been complaining of being "queasy" lately. What are we supposed to think?

You are supposed to think she was 5 days late and she has had a quesy stomach because she was under stress or had a stomach flu.
