Not sure where to post this but has anyone taken CLA supplement (conjugated linoleic acid)? I want to try it out but not sure what to expect. Anyone tken it or know anyone who has? The outcome? I'm trying to lose the tummy bulge. Since this is a sex website i guess this would be a good place to ask this since I am insecure about it during sex, I tend to hide it with my shirt by leaving it on the stomch area. It's not huge but there's a little bulge there that I find unattractive. Thanks.

I would work harder on your self-esteem. A person who can't see you as attractive because of a belly bulge isn't a person you should want to be with. You need to learn to think of yourself differently.

But if anyone has any positive or negative experiences to share using it.....

I know I have to work on my self-esteem, it's just hard to accept the fat areas now when I was once slim there only a year ago and as many others have done I turned to food for comfort and gained a few pounds. I have lost 37 pounds on my own within 3 months, was 240 lbs now weighing 203 lbs. I just wnt to get rid of the little belly bulge. My self-esteem is not bad, i know i'm beautiful and have had complete strangers stop me just to tell me that (I know I don't need them to tell me that to gain my self eteem lol) but i still want to look good for me and ONLY me. My b/f thinks I am gorgeous, he has never said anything about my weight (if he did I would not be with him). Thanks for the advice, it is very true, self-confidence is everything. Anyway, anyone who has taken CLA and want to comment would be great, thanks!

Isn't a little tummy bulge everybody's problem? I'm working on mine.

One way is to lie flat on your back...raise your feet up about a foot or two and hold them there for a few seconds or whatever period is comfortable. Do that daily, a few times. Energy (calories) is distributed more to those working muscles; less is left over to become fat.
It really doesn't matter so much what he thinks...it's your health that is so important. Excess weight takes its toll on your body; your heart, arteries, veins, back, joints,feet, etc.
So, in reality, the only way you will be more comfortable, happier and healthier is to get back where you belong weightwise. This time don't fold to junk food...have plenty of fruits and veggies to nibble on...limit fats, salts.. you did it once...you can do it again!
