Do a search on shaving. Lots of people have posted suggestions. I don't shave, won't shave, hate shaving - because razor stubble is unavoidable.

Hey there- here is a little tip I have learned, If you can, wait maybe like a couple of days before you shave, because the hair can grow and nothing can irrate the skin and then shave and it will be smooth ( in my opinion) and Try not to shave it every day!
Hope this helps- catlin
Of course you are talking about shaving sensitive areas, however the same methods apply as with guy beard shaving.
1) Use hot water to soften the hair or stubble, but do not burn yourself. The idea is to get the hair to POP OUT FURTHER. A warm, wet towel might work too.(Untreated stubble can dull a sharp razor fast as hair is TOUGHER THAN METAL!)
2) Apply a good shave gel- warm is good..
3) Use your multi-blade razor and take many short third or half strokes. ( This equals shaving two or more times and pulls less) You may want to stroke both ways.
4) Dunk your razor in cup of WARM water often to clean. Semi-sharp razors are more forgiving than fresh blades.
5) Use a skin friendly "after shave") lotion to help close up microscopic cuts that could infect.
Other than this,if you must trim.... leave your hair very short. It avoids itching and irritation.

Well hey there susan, yeah i see your point about shaving every day- but it really isnt soo bad. I only go a couple of days if i want it real smooth, but now i am just letting it grow for a while and then i am gonna shave it off because it is starting to get itchy- anyways have a good day

I waxed my legs a couple of days ago, because they were just too hairy. I ran out of wax and shaved the rest with a triple blade razor. They're still pretty smooth.
I do not understand this new thing about men shaving their genitals, underarms, and legs. I would kick to the curb so fast a guy who did this.
I already can't stand the amount of time it takes my lover to shave his face before we have sex. If he also had to shave the rest of him I'd say wake me up when you're done or maybe let's just skip it tonight ( and I NEVER say that now!)
When we first started out relationship I told him - don't ever ask me to shave - ANYWHERE - because I won't do it. I believe that body hair is part of what makes our bodies adult bodies and not children's bodies.
When I see a man OR a woman who has shaved their pubic region I see a child.

LOL. I agree 100 %. I don't understand the shaving craze either. I don't like when men shave their body hair as well. My ex once shaved down there and showed me and I was immediately turned off, I felt like he was no longer masculine and not the man I thouht he was but now a boy that stood before me :P I told my b/f now to keep it the way it is. I think that a lot of women are just copying one another thinking that all men like a hairless pubic area but I have stopped shaving. I trim it evenly with a scissor, I don't like when the hair gets tugged on my jeans lol, that hurts. When I used to shave it off completely I felt like a little girl. Anyway, interesting topic
I see guys with mustaches and beards on a hot summer day and ask myself WHY?
What purpose? And eating and cleanup becomes a chore.
One reason why guys shave their genitals is to make their penis look BIGGER...... and hair doesn't get snagged.
However, on shaving my face,I think it is real important to have a smooth face and neck. It takes only 5 minutes and is very refreshing.

I like shaving my underarms and ass area, because of cleanliness and because when I play around with the dildo, it glides much better without the hair to get in the way. I also shaved my legs recently because the hair was growing way too thick. I even have double and triple hair follicles growing on my legs. Now that's wierd.

Baah. Sometimes when I look down I feel like a little kid. But mostly I think it looks nicer than unruly pubic hair. I go for a couple days without shaving, and I don't get itchy all that often. I would think after shave would keep it smoother longer, but wouldn't it burn?
Burning aftershave...yes it could, but Nivea has thought of that. And there are others.
Their advertisement reads...
Sensibly, Nivea actually have three after shave balms on the market for different skin types, a Mild After Shave Balm, a Sensitive After Shave Balm and Fresh Cooling After Shave Balm. While all products contain Vitamin E extracts and Provitamin B5 the Mild After Shave Balm also contains sea minerals (the item tested here). Akin to the texture of sunscreen, Nivea’s Mild After Shave Balm does everything it is supposed to, but loses marks for its faint aroma. All things considered, a good product for a great price.
I think the $9.95 is a little pricy, but maybe it's worth it. Infections/ itching are no fun. Of course, there are other products. The idea is to remove bacteria/ fungus that could live/ grow in tiny microscopic cuts.
This would be a good time "NOT" to buy those cheap, bulked razor blades. O U C H ! Anybody got a band aid? There goes the weekend.

you should shave susan hair is like a sponge when you urinate it saturates into the hair which causes really bad oder and taste which is confused with inner odor ....than you cleanse with massingale ...typo....which is unhealthy to your insides because it dries the natural juices out ....and to top it off the smell is still there .....plus you period clots get rubb on it natural juices pass thru it your urine and so one .....now imagine a white shirt ....now pee on it over and over and over and over now use it to whip your vaginal sweat ....and period blood .....now wash it ....but with body soap ....because i know you dont use bleach down there... and repeat the process than wash it again do this for the whole i gareentee youll never not be hairy again .....as a man even i shave
MaX- Sorry, but what you post makes sense, but it just isn't true. Urine is 95% water. Fresh urine doesn't smell. Unless you have an infection urine doesn't not smell bad and it is sterile.
I am 52 and have never shaved and guarantee to you smell or tasting bad has never been a problem for me.
I have a baby face,I found that if I soak with a warm wash clothe then
use cold cream the generic kind I get much better results and face is soft, then wash with warm water and wash clothe.Heres to women who dont/wont
shave. My Bride was french and I am forever spoiled. She used scissors to crop hair when it became a problem. Also she used warm water and vinegar on
a wash clothe as anti perspirant/odor, I still do this 30 years later.
vinegar has so many uses. Women with natural bodies are Beautiful,I love them all .

Susan - i am totally with you on fur, why anyone would want to look like a little kid is beyond me...
but, if you wanta take it off - laser it off, expensive but no stuble or razor burns or nicks and bleeding
guys shaving - of course there are competative swimmers and pro bicyle riders who shave. But i go to the gym at the local Y and the number of younger 25 - 35 yo guys who shave their chest, back & crotch is increasing... not that i care or spend much time looking - but to see some guy who has stuble on crotch is a bit wierd - why they do it is beyond me
agree with the previous poster - sissors can be the most effective & easiest way to tidy up..

Judging from past experience the photo is faked.Any way I got shaved, down
under ,at the hospital had cardiac cath. put in my femoral artery. It was
itchy when I got home but after in grew in a little it was downey soft and
more comfortable. It seems short is the way to go for hygene/comfort.I do hear the infantilism thing M'Lady at the time found it adorable ... Only
if the stitches were out. Good vibes to all.
