Near the base and middle of my penis I have what I think heard described as clogged hair folicles. These look slightly like pimples and as you can imagine are kind of embarassing. Is this something my dermatologist can remedy or will it go away over time? Any input is appreciated.

Nearly all guys get them. Most of them go away on their own. If you want to speed up the process soak in a hot tub or wrap your self up in a hot wash cloth- then very gently squeeze. But best to just let them be.
