Pre-Op is before/ pre operation to change their sex
Post- OP is after/ post operation to change their sex.
A pre-op may dress like the opposit ses full-time, may have taken drugs that change their appearance to look more like the opposie sex, but still have the sex organs they were born with.
A pre-op transexual male might take hormones and have breasts and no beard.
A pre-op transexual female might take hornmones and have a deep voice and a beard.
