"Walking is good." Gareth jumped down, careful of his sore leg, and swept the direction of the pond with one foreleg. "This way, my queen." That sounded possessive, so he added after a moment. "Um, how about, this way, pretty queen?" His face showed his anxiety. He would never be a good poker player. "Would you like to talk too?" His tail perked up on it's end.
