*A huge crashing sound echoes from the far side of the Junkyard (See posts of Lucky, Scarlett and others below)*

*The black and white queen spins around quickly, her shoulder bumping Troubador,* What was that?

Carbon and Kyoto had been heading back out to sit when they heard the lasrge noise and quickly ran in that direction to make sure everything was alright. "Least they where kidn to let us finish our preformance before a large noise huh Carbon?"

Starlight: *a faint smile appeared on her face.* You're right! *She sniffed the air.* Mmm...That does sound good...

Cathryn grinned at her new friend as she starts to stand up. "Yep! And I'm sure I can smell something besides rat too!" Her tail flicked with enjoyment, before a loud CRASH could be heard in the night. "What was that?!" Cathryn's head swivels around to look. "You mind if we go to check it out? I'll die of curiosity otherwise!"

Shadow jumped, grabbing for Carbon before he slipped away from her heading towards the commotion. "Be careful!" She calls after him, not sure if there was danger or not but not wanting Carbon hurt either way.

Tabetha jumped up to go join in, to find out what had happened, when she realized she couldn't just leave Signar. Torn between going to help, and staying with her kitten, she picked him up to head over. This way at least she could see what was up, even if she couldn't help. She railed against her life now. She could no longer be a protector of the Yard - instead, protector of her kit. She stopped well away from the pile. She wasn't protecting Signar very well. She glanced over at Imurai, wondering what he would do.

Gareth reluctantly turned loose of Sarai. He was sure this was going to be a big fight of some sort, and just having got her back, he really wasn't in the mood to be the big heavy now. Giving her a quick kiss, he heads over to find out the trouble.

Treble bounced over to the overturned pile himself, although he did stay well out of range. He was curious, and wanted to help, but not sure how.

Troubador could only sigh, and laugh as Minstrel rolled his eyes at the black tom. Troub reached out to steady Terossa, before trotting over to investigate. "You were very good with your act." He complimented the duo, right before climbing into the overturned pile. Right away he smelt the culprits - and Lucky was one smell he identified! 'Interesting'. "Terossa? Do you see Lucky around?" He had to pull his head back up out of the pile to call clearly to her, and while his head was up he did a scan himself to see where the cats went.

Mungojerrie pricked up his ears at the noise behind him. he turned to see what the crash and commotions was all about. He had a little deja vu. Once he reached Troubador and the others he pointed to the direction of the crash. "wossat then? sumone we know? it's not Pounce an' it isn't mey..oy 'ope ees no' Macavity."
((argh! geez, that rhymed! and a ryhme doesn't suit a cockney tom, what you think?)

*Luna had glanced over to the sound and immediately darted over out of curiousity.*

*Starlight glanced to the source of the commotion.* Sure, let's find out what's up. *She said to Cat.*

Cathryn nodded, before darting over herself to find out what was up.

Troubador agreed with Terossa. "Nothing here to worry about." He wrinkled his nose at the mess, but turned back to everyone who had gathered. "Let us eat, and be merry, for soon Old Deuteronomy will choose!"

[Chelly, I don't know what to say or do for you, but know my thoughts and prayers are with you.]

*She looks around, trying to find Demeter and Nephthys. Have they left already?...She hoped Demeter kept her word...Terossa didn't want to see what her father would do if she didn't....*

*Both Luna and Starlight's attention became diverted at Troubadour's meantion of Old D, and the choice.*

*She looks around but doesn't see him...She sniffs at the pile....* I don't see him, but you're right that he was here. *She smiles an indulgent smile.* This seems like something he'd do.... *She noticed that although there had been a lot of noise, no real harm had been done...since the pile tipped wasn't really that big and hadn't been any risk to hit anything else, and was far from where most of the cats had been celebrating.*
