Green farming plan 'in chaos over software'

REPLY from European Agriculture Commissioner: "What the heck(tare)'s going on here? Are we in the European Union or not? It's supposed to be *euros per hectare*. Who wrote this garbage?

[re: "collapsed into chaos because the software does not work" - let's hope that if we ever get biometric I.D. cards, they will also 'collapse into chaos' for the same reason - ed.]
