| Two blue-and-white traffic signs giving a metric distance (300m) to a road width restriction ahead have had the illegal distance suitably covered over. Essex County Council have been informed. The illegal distances were spotted on Elm Lane going southbound from the A120 about two miles west of Marks Tey.
The number of known demetrications in the U.K. has now risen to 1,113.
