Half a mile to Lodge Hall Farm from the Traveller's Friend, Epping Green

Report received today from ARM activist:

In ARM's first action since the conviction of Tony Bennett for rendering illegal metric signs legal, the footpath sign to Lodge Hall Farm at the Traveller's Friend pub, Epping Green, Essex, which had until today shown a distance of '0.8KM', now reads: '1/2m'.

A 6" x 3" brown-painted metal plate was used with 55mm-high (sorry, folks) professional white exterior-quality reflective lettering on it.

The signpost was just outside the dining room window and pub diners looked on with approval.
