Would simply "remarking" about a sign be acceptable?

You know, like "I was driving down Letsbee avenue when I noticed....etc..."

You could say, "I'll think I'll write a letter about it".

So what's the problem then?

Scared that there may be legal repercussions for a forum inciting unlawful behaviour?

I am inclined to agree.

No Stan, Illegal behaviour - vandalism is a criminal offence.

Network54 hosts hundreds of forums, I seriously doubt they bother monitoring the content of each one.
Unless you are worried about Forum Standards Officers (FSOs) shutting it down.

No, but there might be busi-bodies who could stir things up. I'm not prepared to take the risk.

Stan: If the issue is to do with Network54 then it will be spelt out in their terms and conditions.

Perhaps the forum owner could point to the relevent clause?

I've not looked at it since the forum was set up (about 3 years ago) and can't remember what it specifies. Their website is: http://www.network54.com/
