Isle of Wight Metric-Free Sign Zone - Ventnor success

This report received on 25 June by UKIP's 'Guard the Yard' Campaign from an Isle of Wight resident who last month challenged an illegal metric road distance sign but who wishes to remain anonymous:
"Glad to say that the Council [I.o.W.] has now in place a 'good' sign outside the Smugglers Inn in Ventnor. I am looking hard but no other metric signs have been spotted on the Island so far..."
