And I know you weren't intending to deceive with the clever name changes, I love it! You are right in the spirit of the board, however...
No longer! You are now posting thoughts that belong on the Present Truth Forum. Not that I will end it here and confine you there or any such thing, but truly, I would love to post this "Not so simple" on that forum just to see what some of the friends might say.
I love logic, and reason. You display that well. And I love the Scriptures. So feel free to post a new thread, or I'll start one.
I don't agree with your assessment that nothing can be learned, decided or discovered by reading various authors, especially when we compare their quotes to what the Scriptures really teach.
I could respond to many items, but we should advance it beyond what I'm curious about, such as what similarities you see between Bible Students who are non-denominational, and the Jehovah's Witnesses and their organization, however...
...to stick with the Scriptures, now that's just fine. If you do that, my sweet Joan, you'll be on the right road apart from the world.
