We are just starting to use Enterprise Solutions. I created two companies - one that will take in all of our application fees from our customers. We put the loan number as the customer and the branches as classes. Then we created another company to pay all of the appraiser bills. When I do a report can I combine both of these areas to one report?

Why do you have two companies? You have to set up your company just the way you report to IRS. Are these two companies reported on two different tax returns? That would be the only reason to have two companies. You cannot combine reports from two companies unless you do it yourself in Excel or another spreadsheet. Or purchase a third party software that will import transactions into the other file. This kind of defeats the whole purpose of QB. You can get full reports if you use the program correctly. But this is you set of books and needs to be set up correctly per IRS. So if they are two different companies filing under two differnent numbers and returns, then they should be separate. Otherwise it should all be in one company.

Enterprise solutions does allow to combine reports from 2 seperate company files by using excel.

Combine different reports from multiple company files in one step4 (Only in QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions!)
Now, you can automatically combine financial reports from multiple company files to get a complete picture of your business. No cutting and pasting. No manual calculating. No errors. It's ideal for companies with multiple locations or those who use separate files to track each project. Just choose one of four reports: Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss, Cash Flow or Trial Balance report. Customize the parameters for that report. Then select the data files to draw from. QuickBooks creates a Microsoft Excel® spreadsheet for the report that includes a column for each data file, and a column that totals all data files.
