Real Estate Commercial Brokerage

Using QBPRO 2003 to account for a real estate commercial brokerage that leases property & also sells property. Their old software was antiquated, but was for this type of business. When they got a listing for leasing a property they would set up the address & then as they leased space, they would set up a file for each lease. The template would show the total rentals, the lease date & the commission received, commission rate & would compute how much to pay the inhouse brokers & cooperating brokers & generate a payable to pay the brokers. Is there any way to do this with QBPRO2003?

Nothing automated to do this type of thing, Sounds like like you need an industry specific package.
