I am an accountant who just started my own business and deal a lot with home builders. This is for anyone out there using the program. How does it work?

Your best bet would be to call them and get a sample copy of the program to evaluate.

I know several homebuilders who use the program and it works great if you take the time to set it up properly. The job costing part works really well. Also you can do billing by phases.

QB for Contractors

I have a new client that is a Contractor. I have had great success using the set-up I learned from dougsleeter.com. One of their 10 tapes has 2 1/2 hours on using QB for Contractors. It is on Day 3 of a 3-day conference. Cost ~$150, worth every penny.
