I do not own my own busines, but I do have 5 rental preporties. Do I need Quickbooks or would Quicken suffice? I also remeber a Web site that offered a book on how to set up Quickbooks for real estate investments. Does anyone know this book or one like it?

This site has a book that is for using QB with exactly your situation. I am partial to QB instead of Quicken. Here's the site:

This is a correct address. It worked when I tried it. Perhaps you typed it wrong. Highlight my link and do a Ctrl+C to copy it and then do an Alt+D to get up to your web address bar in Internet Explorer and then do a Ctrl+V to paste that address in and press Enter. It should work.
