We are in the manufacturing business for metalworking tools. We have several distributors that we deal with that have their end users. Many times, our distributors ask us to drop ship to THEIR customers. Does anyone know of a way to be able to drop ship from a Sales Order without having to manually type in the Ship to address each time? I see that we can do that from a Purchase Order, but not a Sales Order...... Why is that?? Any suggestions or help is appreciated!!
I create multiple customer "jobs" for the same customer. In my case they are various regional warehouses for the same Bill-To customer. I also do drop ships to end customers of my customers but in that case must enter the ship to info each time as it is unique for each order.
