Can the Sales Order template be adjusted to have two separate costs per line item? I have been asked to find a software that will accomodate this since there are two separate charges per item for them. THe currently have an Excel worksheet that they utilize. They have two separate description parameters as well as two charges per line.
You could create an item group that would include the 2 individual items. You can then select the item group on the sales order and enter descriptions and rates for each. Hope this helps!
