Is it possible to attach a file or make a shortcut to another file on an invoice?
The reason I need it is lets say next year when a customer wants the same ad, I can copy ir or adjust it.

Not that I know of. The best you can do is put a note in the customer record indicating the name of the file that contains the ad and the invoice number so you can find it again to copy it.
