employee payroll cash vouchers

Hi-We've had a franchised business for 9 years and now opened the same type one our own. At our other business we always paid the employees with store funds and accounted for it as a payout under payroll. Is there a way to set this up?
Thank's,
Kathy

Your question is unclear. When you paid with "store funds and accounted for it as a payout under payroll", what exactly did you do? Did you withhold taxes and remit them and file quarterly and year end returns and issue W-2 forms to these employees? What exactly are you trying to "set up"? Every business pays their employees with "store funds".
