Law Firm: Setting up multiple cases; 1 customer

New law firm trying to use QB's time entry to produce invoices. Would like to be able to invoice customer "XYZ" and show all cases being worked for XYZ with corresponding time entry. In QB on-line, I see where you can create a customer that's a sub-customer of a parent and then choose to bill with parent. This would work for us. However, we are using QB Pro 2003--how do we make this work? Please help!

Have you looked at using different "jobs" under the one customer name?

Thanks so much for responding to my message. This is the first time I've ever used message boards! Setting up multiple jobs under one customer seems logical to me. However, after setting up a job, I want to be able to tie that job to the Time Entry functions (ie: when I go to enter time for an attorney, I want to choose the customer and job from a drop down list), then print one invoice for the customer showing all job times.
