try the Custom Transaction Detail Report - it's almost at the bottom of the Reports list.

how do you enter these items?

on your Item List, do you have separate items set up for security deposit, rent, etc?

if you do, you should be able to use the Custom Report, just modify the view to sort by Item Type. you'll get each tenant listed and totaled individually.

I set up custom fields on the customer additional info tab for their move in date, security deposit. I usually start with the "phone list" report at the bottom of the customer list & modify it to show the custom fields I need.
