We have about 10,000 names on a data base, some of which are financially related as donors or as customers. We are using a system called "KMA" which is being obsoleted.
I'm trying to find out if QB will accommadate that many customers and if it can be used as a contact data base for us. I understand there is an outlook interface, but from the trial info disk I have, I don't understand how it works or if we really need to have an interface. QB with customer management seems to be all we need for accounting, contact management, communications etc. Am I missing something? We have about 15 users.
Sorry Rob. QuickBooks is designed for small business use and even the Enterprise Edition, which allows more total customers etc.than the regular versions, only allows 10 users. I don't think it is what you are looking for.
