I am getting an error message trying access online banking:
"An error has occured. If this is the first time using this account, or you have manually modified your account data, please check your account setup, otherwise, call tech support."
I have spent several hours with Bank of America tech support checking and rechecking, and all the data and set up is correct, yet I continue to get the same error message. I have no problem accessing my account directly through my banks web site. I am using Quickbooks Pro Multi-User 2001 and have downloaded all the updates to date.
Had a similar problem, which no one could fix. One day I gave up and decided to use web banking with my bank. The bank accidentally changed my QB online banking password rather than my web-banking password, and had to send me both new passwords in the mail. When I got the new QB online banking password from the bank and plugged it in, everything worked perfect.
I can get one account to work but not my other account. My bank gave up and said call intuit. Everything was fine till they upgraded from Compass old to Compass new.
Sure would be nice to get a fix for this.
