Online error - trust account

I have two public service trust accounts with Bank of America that I track through QB. I am able to access these accounts online through the BOA web site with no problems at all. However, when I set them up for online access through QB I get an error (OL-301) saying the product is not enabled. I called BOA, and they told me that QB could not access this type of account, and that this was because of QB, not because of anything BOA controls.

I cannot figure out why QB would treat these kinds of accounts any different than any other. It does not make any sense to me why QB should have any difficulty accessing these accounts. If I can access the accounts directly, why can't QB?
