Matching problem with online banking

I have been using online banking for a few months and the other day all of the transactions that were matched are not matched even though they are in the register as matched. The show matched tab is checked. Also now the statement is only showing 2 transactions and is not showing any previous transactions. Intuit help is a joke and I hope someone can help me solve this problem.
