Can I reset the 90 days for online transactions?

I am trying to re-submit my request for online banking transactions.

I have deleted all my online banking transactions, and I want to re-download the previous 90 days worth from my bank.

I disabled the online service, then deleted my accounts, but when I created new ones, and tried to download the transactions I got a message saying there are no new transactions.

HELP!?
