Online backup problem

I have a new computer and have tried to transfer everything from old one to new one. I have updated Quickbooks Pro 2003 and have the R7. When I try to perform an online backup, I get the following: "During your last back up, you used a newer version of this software. In order to continue your software must be updated. Please restart after this update." What exactly needs updating? Quickbooks? Or the online backup software? And if it's the online backup software, how do I update that? Any suggestions will be appreciated!!! :o)

Have you received any feed back on your problem, I have the same trouble and still cannot retrieve my information that is stored online to my new computer.
