I have attempted to edit the memo ID #'s on my payroll libility check for child support enforcement several times. QB will not accept the new number. With the new numbers in place it prints the old numbers on the check memo line, even when the ID # field is left blank it still prints the old number on the memo line.
I used the payroll item edit and when through the entire wizard till I was able to click finish. Does any one have any suggestions?
