Quoting the book I have on the subject.
Up to 20 users can access financial information simultaneously. You don't have to maintain a computer network to give access to multiple users. You can add and manage multiple users by simply creating a new log-in account and password and you can set different levels of access permissions for each user.

What i mean to say is our one branch is in one city & another branch is in another city now tell me how we set setup so that accountant in all cities do entry in our main branch .Could u please tell me process for that .Or the solution for that.
I want to backup online at work and restore from home -is this possible or do I have to have two separate accounts? I am being charged monthly now but online backup not working on the computer at work. Please advise. Thanks
