Getting Screwed by Intuit

This is the third year in a row that I've upgraded Quickbooks, only to receive a flyer in the mail a week later telling me about great savings or free offers I could receive if I upgrade! Does anyone else have this problem??

The actual problem comes in when you try to call and tell them that you've just upgraded and would like the same offer that's being advertised only a week or two after you purchased their product ... and they say NO.

This happened again today with the "Free Digital Camera" offer - which was not being offered a week ago. This time I was told that I could return the original product, then purchase it again using the new offer. However, i will have spent as much in shipping and headaches to more than afford the camera.

I think it's time that Intuit started taking care of their current customers (who buy the upgrades year-after-year just to get the features in the previous year's version to work correctly)!

Who else has had this problem? Maybe Intuit will take a few minutes and pay attention to us if we all post on here and call to complain!

If you just upgraded to the Premier edition and didn't receive your free camera, call 866-676-9670 and tell them that you demand it! The numbers you may need include source: C115511, offer: P08455.

No, no, no...

I do NOT work for Intuit...

Im just a Forum user... and i do not like to see the same message post in every single forum...

Im agree, he has the right to be mad... and he should do something about it, not in EVERY SINGLE forum

There is plenty of ways that would give him more credibility that posting messages everywhere...

You can always post one message and try to get all the customers with the same problem togther, and write then a letter to Intuit to discuse about it.

There is always a way to do things without affecting 3rd parties... with all due respect

Take care tho, good luck
