I have recently setup Quickbooks with multiple bank accounts as there are four sections to our business. After inputing and matching many transactions from bank statements I have been left with one account that has 3 unmatched transactions. These 3 unmatched transactions do not belong in the account they are showing up in. The are showing up as transactions in the 'Retail' bank account when they are actually transactions from the 'Tech' bank account. I have already matched these same transactions in the 'Tech' account and have no idea why they are even showing up in the 'Retail' account.
I have been trying to delete these transactions but no matter what I try they just come back as unmatched. I even created checks and matched them, I click on done, and try to delete the statement but it will not delete. I view the statement again and they reappear as unmatched and the register has all 3 transactions checked off as matched.
Any suggestions?
