I just took over as an accountant at an office that is running QB Pro 2004 multiuser edition. The I/T guy set up Outlook with my log on info and other than that there was no changes made to the equipment. But now I can not e-mail statements or invoices from that computer. The other networked computer in the office works fine and I can bring the backup home with me and send e-mail invoices from home.
When I bring up the Statement window and choose a customer when I click on e-mail the regular printer dialog box opens up, if I click on it nothing happens.
i was able to send email invoice but nobody was abble to pay online..access denied
i call support and surprise they stoped the basic free service without warning of any kind..
i have to get the billing deluxe.i immetialely get the free trial and more or less the same thing
they cannot pay online.not happy they stopped this free service . and will problably cancel my merchant account since my client cannot use it.
