i have accessed online bankstatements with QB before with a dial up connection. we now have ntelos wireless high speed. when i go into online banking and give the password it comes back and tells me it cant establish an internet connection. i went to the help menu it said to open a broweser outside of quickbooks, I did and i do have a cnnection.so it say to click on the link to quickbooks so I did and it brought me to he site so the help menu is not helping, someone please tell me how to fix this.
