I am about to buy premier 2004 - they have assured me you can have the accounts dept. working in one office - and the salesperson invoicing in another city, connected via the internet ?

We installed it and have been using it for a couple of years but it has a lot of drawbacks.Its real slow,two people can't use it at the same time,you can only do a few invoices at a time 5 to 8, It knocks you off if you let it sit a few minutes or if your computor goes to screen saver. We can't find anyone that can help us get it running the way we feel it should.
