I am having trouble figuring out how to split a payment. What I want to happen is that when a customer makes a payment That payment will be split automatically between two account recievables and will split the amount between the two 50/50. Is there any way to achieve this??

Why yes there is, But intuit will not tell you unless you buy there support so your out of luck asking here.
