Why doesn't Intuit care about customer service?

Much of Intuit's advertisment uses ters like customer care and customer service or support. But here is the perfect example of how much they dont care or offer service or support.
Look at this forum. You have questions dated back in 2002. Thats three years ago and no one has ever responded to these questions.

Why is there not a monitor paid by intuit to go throgh and answer these questions?

The only answer I can come up with is that they dont care about there customers or customer service.

Yester day I spoke to a Customer service rep at intuit who told me they no longer offer support on Quickbooks 2004. I was shocked I just bought 2004 and i was not cheap.

The only reason I bought 2004 is they made me by stopping to offer payroll service for my previous version.

So I paid the bucks bought 2004 and you know what it does better then 2001? Nothing not one dam thing was improved, at least not enought to upgrade.
