Is Intuit really owned by terrorists?

Intuit consistantly designs new versions of quickbooks that do nothing more or better then the old. They know people wont spend 200 plus dollars for a newer version unless it is better then the old so they force them.
Yes thats right they force them to buy the new version. They do this buy stopping to offer service and payroll updates to the older versions.
Now some of you may say if the version is old enough that is reasonable. Well I found out today there not offering service for my 2004 version. Then the rep said they sent out the notice a year ago. I told her I bought it less then a year ago. A year ago was 2004. What did they do send the notice to discontinue service the product out before they launched it.
Give me a break.
I say this company has to be based in IRAQ.

Not only that. Did you know that you can't sell your quickbooks anymore!
They won't transfer the license to a new owner anymore, even though there are two places on the website that says you can transfer the license.
This company is all about THEMSELVES!
They could care less about their customer.
