Ok so i spend 300 bucks for a years support or 75 a mounth or 49 for one friggin question. Now what do they do they transfer me to india and im talkin to someone who I cant understand. Not to mention I allready know more then them about the stupid program. Unbelievable. You would think if you did this every day you would know the ins and outs of quickbooks. But no these clowns are reading from a script.
Then to make matters worse what do they do, they say "let me put you on hold and go ask somebody". Well if you dont know then why am I talking to you. Jeasus Christ let me talk to they guy standing behind you that understands how the program works.

what a joke,

depends on your support plan. You can get American support 6am to 6pm PT if you become a Pro-Advisor. Other times you will go to Core Support which has various contact centres around the world. It is potluck if you get India, Phillipines or the USA.
