how do I print a copy of every quickbooks invoice for a year? tax man is auditing us and wants all 2002 and 2003 invoices... yes it sucks....

Hi, I have just had the same problem and wrote a VB program to take an export file and reproduce all invoices.

I will put it out for public usage shortly with some instructions.

I have tested with QuickBooks 2004 Reg and seems fine.

I'd love to see what you came up with.... any chance you can post this? or even email it to me?

I discovered a pretty slick solution. I finally gave up and went to the beginning invoice for 2002. I figured I could use key strokes to get the job done slowly. ie: Alt D (Print), Alt N (Next), Alt Y (Yes), Alt C (close spell check). After doing this about 20 times I remembered a macro program I'd once used for a client, Macro Express 3. Demo is 30 days and fully functional. With is I recorded the macro Alt D (Print), Alt N (Next), Alt Y (Yes), Alt C (close spell check) and tested it a few times. Once I realized it worked I copied the script and inserted it about 60 times. Thus I was able to check the print boxes on all of those invoices 60 at a time. COOL...
