I need help. Is there anyone out there bright enough to help me save my databases? I have been using Enterprise Solutions for years. My company has split off from the larger company that we shared QB with. I need to save my customer base, invoice base, payroll and employee records. I want to go to Premier, Accountant version. Intuit considers this a "downgrade" and tells me there is no way to move the databases from the "High Priced Spread" to the watered down "margarine" version. Quite a company!! I use their payroll service. I use QB Merchant Services for credit card processing and they say, "Sorry! Too bad! Nothing I can do for you if you want to spend $300 instead of $3000!! Outrageous.
