Let's talk about having this in September or October?

It has been brought up from 3 different persons (no mentioning of names) that it may be better to let everyone get there summer plans out of the way and have our reunion some where like the last week of September (cooler temperatures) or the first or second week of October. I feel this is something that should be brought to light with all. This was originally Phillip Taylor's idea. I am really up for this. My Father who had is 40 year Reunion in 96 said it was a lot better to have it the last week of September with everyone having so many projects with work and families in the summer time. It would also may accommodations for out of towners easier (hotel reservations) since more people vacation in the summer. It may make it easier to get a ballroom or banquet room for our "Final Night" of the actual formal reunion. Can we look at this with open minds?
