Is this site going to become a Runcorn Town ( Mond Rangers ) forum?
All this shite about it being " a team that is going somwhere ", where is it going exactly? They are Mond Rangers, in a very low standard of football, playing under a different name.
In other words, exactly the same as last season but called Runcorn.
A Mond fan made a good point in a previous post, if people were interested they would have gone to watch Mond, it shouldnt have needed a name change.
Nobody will go, yes maybee for a few games to prove a point but it wont last, I remember when we had a great football team in Runcorn, nobody went to watch that either unless it was an FA cup game.
Lets face it, very few people in Runcorn want a football club.
I am not saying that Runcorn fc Halton is going somewhere because at the minute it definatley isnt, but they are the team I will be supporting as I have done all my life and if they go bust that will be it for me and a Runcorn football club.
If Man United went bust do you think people would all start to support Man City because it is football in Manchester?
