Was this brochure knocked up in a few minutes coach trip back from Witton?
If your going to make such an important document and brochure, then lets at least apply a bit of thought and creativity.
The pic of Canal Street on the front, basically shows Canal Street as a dump and is not inspiring, it looks like that is what the plan is for.
To much emphasis on getting money into the club, rather than what the club could do for you and work with you as a business.
£100 for a brick is a joke, you would sell 3 times as many at £50 and make more of a profit. No description of what these bricks constitute. Why not give the wall/pathway etc a fancy name?
The "Board of honour" in the ground, with peoples names on it, is almost laughable.
Information should be on there about where the club has come from, what Runcorn FC achieved for the town in the past.
The brochure offers less than what Runcorn Town currently offer at a price much higher.
90 years of continous top flight non-league football in the town? Have you forgotten the last 7 years?
Seriously, I would scrap that brochure and put something together that is professional, sells the club to the people and shows an ambition and superioirty that will attract backers.
Currently it looks like a 12 year olds school project, done over an evenings TV and gameboy playing and rapidly put together before bed time.
