I buy a toilet block or a main stand and no ground even comes from this plan? Do I get to keep it, erect it in my garden or sell the toilet block onto George Michael?
As far as I know, no deal has been signed on the ground, no planning permission has been granted and its all at a very early drawing stage.

If I buy a seat/brick/paver, do I pay now or is this simply a pledge?

I remember buying a ticket for a Harley Davidson raffle that didnt take place, this ground fund might end up with the same outcome.
